OVERVIEW

Ronan is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office.  He advises on the establishment, launch and maintenance of investment funds, including registered mutual funds, hedge funds and private equity funds. Ronan also advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

BACKGROUND

Ronan joined the Maples Group in 2021. Prior to his move to the Cayman Islands, he worked as in-house counsel for an investment manager in London. Ronan has also worked in the corporate and commercial department of an Australian law firm.
