Robin Gibb

Robin is a Partner of Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office.  He provides advice on banking transactions with a specialist focus on fund finance.  Robin has experience in advising banks, other credit providers and borrowers on both bilateral and syndicated facilities, including capital call, NAV, hybrids, GP support, management and co-invest facilities.  He also has experience in advising on general corporate and fund advisory matters.

Robin joined the Maples Group in 2021, having previously worked in the Financial Industry Group of Reed Smith in London.  Prior to this, Robin worked at another large international law firm in the Cayman Islands and London.
