OVERVIEW

Rico has experience in providing corporate and administration services to all types of UK entities within multi jurisdictional structures for corporate, investment fund and private clients.  Rico's expertise spans the life of corporate entities from formation, through acquisitions and restructurings to dissolution. 

BACKGROUND

Rico started his career at IQ EQ in Jersey on the private client team, where he acted as a Trust Officer carrying out the corporate administration of various companies and trusts.  During his time at IQ EQ Rico completed the STEP Diploma in international trust management and is a qualified Trusts and Estates Practitioner.  He has also held roles with both corporate and private client teams in Jersey and the UK.
