Piers is a member of the Maples Group’s Funds & Investment Management team. He specialises in the establishment and maintenance of private equity funds and other alternative investment funds. He also advises on a broad range of financial transactions, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
Piers joined the Maples Group in 2019. Prior to his move to the Cayman Islands, he worked in the finance teams at Slaughter & May and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London.
Piers is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA).
