Paul has over 25 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial services industry and serves as a director on a wide range of Luxembourg domiciled entities, including investment funds, holding companies and structured vehicles.
Previously, Paul worked at Median Services Luxembourg, servicing various securitisation platforms, as business administration manager. His team’s responsibilities included setting up SPV’s (special purpose vehicles), new compartments, stock exchange listings, subscriptions, redemptions, interest payments, maturities and compartment pricing. He has also served as a non-executive independent director on the board of Luxembourg domiciled Sicav-SIF’s and a UK based Investment manager. Prior to this, he worked as a business analyst and pre-sales specialist for Smartstream, a firm specialised in post trade and cash-management technology. He then joined AllianceBernstein as Vice President Dealer Services, managing three dedicated client service teams in Singapore, Luxembourg and New Jersey. Paul started his career in the operations department of Morgan Stanley Luxembourg in 1994 before transitioning into more client-facing roles with JPMorgan Luxembourg.
