Paola Lazzarotto

Paola is responsible for implementing the internal audit program by conducting onsite audits of all Maples Group offices and divisions. She also works on a number of group projects, focusing on identifying areas of operational risk and ensuring the necessary controls are in places to mitigate them on a global basis.

Paola previously worked for CIBC Asset Management and Standard Life in product development and implementation and she held relationship management roles at Royal Bank Financial Group and Scotiabank in Canada. She also previously worked in the Maples Group’s fiduciary services division working on a wide range of investment fund products and leading the registrar transfer agency team in Montreal.
