OVERVIEW

Olivia is an associate of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. Advising a wide range clients, her experience involves all aspects of corporate and commercial matters, including joint ventures, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, restructurings and reorganisations. 

BACKGROUND

Olivia joined the Maples Group in 2021. Following completion of her traineeship in 2016, she began her career with Burness Paull in Aberdeen before joining the Maples Group.
