Nichola O’Reilly

Nichola is an Of Counsel in Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. Nichola advises on a broad range of finance transactions with a particular focus on structured finance; advising clients on structuring, negotiating, implementing and restructuring a broad range of finance transactions. These include CLOs and other securitisation structures, fund-linked structures (such as managed account platforms, private credit funds and asset-backed investment strategies and trades), repackagings, debt issuance programmes and other alternative asset class financings. Clients compose of global financial institutions, alternative lenders, funds, private equity firms, arrangers, managers, investors, issuers and corporates.

Prior to joining the Maples Group, Nichola spent a year working as legal counsel at a non-bank loan origination business based in London before which she was an associate in the Structured Debt and Capital Market’s team at a leading international law firm based in London.
