Areas of Expertise
Niamh is a lawyer with the tax team at Maples and Calder, the Maples Group’s law firm and advises on a wide range of transactions including corporate, investment funds and financial services tax matters. Niamh has particular experience advising on carried interest structuring and financial services transactions.
Niamh joined the Maples Group in 2014 as a trainee lawyer. Upon qualification in 2018 she joined the Tax team.
