Michael Drew

OVERVIEW

Michael has significant experience in structured finance, having worked on an array of securitisation structures including covered bond programmes, RMBS, CMBS, whole business securitisations, CLOs and Conduits/SIVs. During his career Michael has acted as corporate services provider, security trustee, portfolio administrator and cash manager for these structures. In addition, Michael previously worked as a fund accountant for four years and worked on various fund types including hedge funds, mutual funds and money market funds.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Michael worked at SFM Europe as a Senior Transaction Manager where he was responsible for negotiating structured finance transactions, ongoing account management for closed transactions and managing transaction defaults and restructurings. Prior to SFM Europe, Michael worked at Law Debenture as a Relationship Manager and was responsible for administering structured finance products including SIVs, CLOs and RMBS. Michael's securitisation experience started at JPMorgan as a Relationship Manager for a number of CDOs and moved internally to take up a similar position for a portfolio of Conduit transactions.
