OVERVIEW

Meg is an associate of Maples and Calder's Finance team based in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office.  She has wide experience advising on finance transactions acting for both lenders and borrowers including real estate finance, general senior and mezzanine secured lending, fund finance and leveraged finance. Meg also has experience in advising on general corporate and commercial matters.

BACKGROUND

Meg joined the Maples Group in 2022. Prior to joining, she spent several years in the Banking & Finance group of another leading international firm in Jersey. Before moving to Jersey in 2018, she trained at Dentons in Edinburgh.
