Maurice is an associate of Maples and Calder (Luxembourg)’s Finance team at the Maples Group. He advises on various types of cross border financing and banking transactions, as well as on securitisations and capital markets matters.
Maurice joined the Maples Group in 2019. He previously worked in the Banking & Finance team in the Luxembourg office of an international law firm.
