OVERVIEW
Mary Liz is Of Counsel in Maples and Calder's Construction team in Maples Group's Dublin office. Mary Liz specialises in construction law and offers a full service to all construction industry stakeholders both on complex transaction mandates and on issues arising during construction, claims management and dispute resolution. Her experience covers a range of sectors including, commercial and residential development, healthcare, technology, energy, pharmaceutical and leisure.
BACKGROUND
Prior to joining the Maples Group in 2023, Mary Liz trained with and worked for over a decade in the construction, infrastructure and energy practice of a large domestic firm. Additionally, she has worked at the Dublin office of an international law firm.
Mary Liz is recognised as a Rising Star (Legal 500: EMEA), 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
