OVERVIEW
Martin manages the compliance team overseeing the fund administration, fiduciary services and management company businesses.
BACKGROUND
Previously, Martin held various senior management positions in administrator and global custodian companies, including Northern Trust and RBC Investor Services where he gained extensive experience in investor services, AML / CFT and compliance. Most recently, Martin has focused on fund governance and regulatory compliance, holding various director and designated person roles with Carne Group, Link Fund Services and their clients. Martin qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Newcastle upon Tyne and worked as an Audit Manager with KPMG Bermuda.
