OVERVIEW

Mark has experience across a broad range of structured finance sectors including securitisation, aircraft leasing, private client and CDO/CLO transactions. Mark has assisted structured finance entities from an accounting services perspective at the various stages of the structured finance deal, from inception through the winding up if the entity. 

BACKGROUND

Previously, Mark worked at Citco Corporate Services (Ireland) Limited as a Senior Structured Finance Accountant. He was responsible for a portfolio of clients and acted as a director for client SPVs. Prior to this, Mark worked as an Audit Senior with Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon.
