OVERVIEW

Luke is an associate of Maples and Calder's Finance team in the Maples Group's Jersey office. He has knowledge and experience of a range of corporate and finance matters, including lender and borrower side financings, leveraged / structured financings, structuring / establishment / operation of acquisition and holding structures, corporate and financing downstream private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructurings. He also advises on listing services on The International Stock Exchange (TISE).

BACKGROUND

Luke joined the Maples Group in 2022. Prior to joining the Maples Group, Luke practised at Mishcon de Reya’s Singapore office.
