OVERVIEW
Lucy has extensive experience in matters of Cayman Islands law having worked with the finance and funds teams for many years. Over the last 10 years, Lucy has specialised in banking, fund financing and structured financing transactions, set up and advised on mutual fund and private equity structures and assisted with general corporate matters.
BACKGROUND
Lucy joined the Maples Group in 2000 initially as a corporate assistant and paralegal before undertaking her legal training and qualifying as a Cayman Islands attorney-at-law in 2011. She was also seconded to MaplesFS in 2008-2009 and advised on the voluntary liquidation and dissolution of companies, partnerships and trusts.
