Lisa provides corporate secretarial services to a wide variety of entities, such as investment funds, SPACs, SPVs and holding corporations.  She is knowledgeable on a wide variety of corporate governance tasks, such as the preparation of board minutes, hosting AGM / EGM meetings, the provision of advice on issues pertaining to corporate governance and the management of relationships with stakeholders.

Previously, Lisa worked in the legal services industry and has obtained a breadth of experience regarding corporate governance.
