Lindsay Pulsford

OVERVIEW

Lindsay has extensive experience in the financial services industry and company secretarial services, including coordination of board and committee meetings, as well as AGMs, preparation of minutes, board succession planning and training, and corporate governance audits.  She is knowledgeable in the areas of compliance and data protection.  She is also a qualified attorney and a member of the New York State Bar Association. 

BACKGROUND

Previously, Lindsay was the Assistant Company Secretary for an insurance company.  She has also previously held roles of GDPR Legal Executive for an insurance company and Legal and HR Coordinator for a telecommunications company.
