Lester Almojuela

OVERVIEW

Lester has extensive knowledge on the operational and accounting aspects of various structured finance entities covering financing deals, distressed assets, holding companies and other Section 110 structures reporting under IFRS and Irish GAAP.  He has also gained experienced in funds and asset management clients in his previous external audit work.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Lester worked in an Irish corporate service provider for four years where he specialised in various Section 110 structures and sat as a director to a number of Irish-incorporated financing vehicles.  Prior to this, he had a brief stint of working as a management accountant for an Australian bank and has worked as an external auditor for financial services clients for eight years in audit firms located in Ireland, Philippines and the US.
