Areas of Expertise
Laura is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. She joined the Maples Group as a paralegal in 2019. Laura subsequently trained with the Maples Group and upon qualification in 2023, she joined the Funds & Investment Management team.
She advises on the establishment, authorisation and operation of all types of investment funds, including UCITS funds across a broad range of strategies with a particular focus on UCITS and ETFs.
Laura also advises service providers to funds, including UCITS management companies, investment managers and administrators and custodians on Irish legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
Laura is an active member of Women in ETFs, Irish chapter.
