Laura is an Of Counsel of Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s Jersey office. She advises on a wide range of corporate and finance matters, in particular the establishment of Jersey structures for acquiring and holding property, joint ventures and lending and borrower side financings. She also advises on listing services on The International Stock Exchange (“TISE”).
Laura joined the Maples Group in 2022. Prior to joining, she has worked for two international law firms based in Jersey. Laura has been recognised as a Rising Star in Legal 500UK.
