OVERVIEW

Laura is of counsel in Maples and Calder's Finance team in the Maples Group's Jersey office. She advises on a wide range of corporate and finance matters, including the establishment of Jersey structures for acquiring and holding property, restructurings, joint ventures, corporate downstream private equity transactions, lender and borrower side financings and fund financings. She also advises on listing services on The International Stock Exchange (“TISE”).

BACKGROUND

Laura joined the Maples Group in 2022. Prior to joining, she has worked for two international law firms based in Jersey. Laura has been recognised as a Rising Star in Legal 500UK.
