Khaja is a legal professional with global credentials and extensive experience in compliance and governance, as well as a broad range of advisory and management services.  He engages in continuous professional development and has demonstrated his capability in leading change management projects through formulation and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.

BACKGROUND

As a practicing corporate lawyer, Khaja had advised a plethora of diverse clientele in matters relating to regulatory compliance, employment laws, contracts and commercial laws, intellectual property, taxation, etc.  He also held a senior leadership role serving as general counsel of an international health research institution, whereby he headed the regulatory and legal affairs department overseeing matters relating to corporate governance, and provided secretarial services to the Board of the Trustee of the international institution.
