Kerry Ann is a partner of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. Her practice areas include a range of corporate and commercial transactions, such as restructurings and reorganisations, investment funds, with experience in note issues and other structured finance and capital market transactions. She also advises on general regulatory law.

Kerry Ann joined the Maples Group in 2007 as an articled clerk and qualified in 2009.
