Ka Yi has over 15 years’ experience in a wide variety of structured finance transactions including RMBS, CMBS, ABS, DPRs and receivables transactions. In that time, Ka Yi has worked in various teams, including bond settlement agent, paying agent, calculation agent, debt restructuring, corporate actions, cash management, account bank and security trustee functions.
Previously, Ka Yi worked as a Client Service Manager at BNY Mellon’s structured finance team within its corporate trust division. In her role, she looked after clients who were based across Europe, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey and the United States.
