OVERVIEW

Jordan is an associate of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. He specialises in a range of corporate and commercial matters including initial public offerings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, formation of investment funds, private equity, fund financing (acting for both lenders and borrowers), structured finance (including CLOs) and insolvent restructurings.

BACKGROUND

Jordan joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2020. Upon his admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2021, Jordan joined the Corporate team.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Jordan is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA), and National Men's Rugby Union Team.
