OVERVIEW
John Paul has over seven years of experience working as a Transaction Manager on a wide variety of capital markets structured finance transactions including ABS, CLO / CDO, RMBS / CMBS, NPL, LPN, receivables purchasing programmes, repack programmes, private equity, and aircraft leasing and financing structures. He has notable experience in the set-up, ongoing management and unwinding of Irish domiciled SPVs and, since 2016, he has acted as a director on a number of Irish SPVs.
BACKGROUND
Previously, John Paul worked as a Senior Manager at Vistra Alternative Investments (Ireland) Limited and, prior to that, he held the position of Assistant Vice President at Deutsche Bank.
