OVERVIEW

Jason has over 16 years of experience in the alternative investment industry.  He serves as an independent director on a wide range of alternative investment funds including hedge funds, funds of funds, segregated portfolio companies, private equity funds and related structures. 

BACKGROUND

Previously, Jason was a Vice President in the Fund Accounting and Administration team at Intertrust Corporate Services in the Cayman Islands, overseeing the fund services business operations.  Prior to this, he was the Head of private equity fund services at Deutsche Bank in the Cayman Islands where he worked closely with several international private equity managers on business development, on-boarding, restructuring and operational recommendations in relation to Cayman specific requirements.  From 2007 to 2012, Jason was an Associate Director at UBS in the Cayman Islands providing administrative services including NAV calculations, FX hedging reconciliation, complex consolidations and sub-fund trading to various alternative investment funds.  From 2004 to 2007, Jason was a Senior Staff Accountant at Deloitte & Touche providing audit services to complex investment portfolios.

Chartered Professional Accountant (CA, CPA) and Member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants.
