James is an associate in Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. James advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, corporate restructurings and shareholder matters.

James joined the Maples Group in 2016 as a trainee and joined the Corporate Group on qualification in 2019.
