Areas of Expertise
Jaime-Lee is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She advises on the establishment, launch and maintenance of investment funds, including registered mutual funds, hedge funds and private equity funds. She also advises on general corporate and commercial matters.
Jaime-Lee joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2015. On qualifying in 2017, she joined the Maples Group’s Funds & Investment Management team.
Jaime-Lee is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association.
