OVERVIEW

Iryna is a Chartered Company Secretary with nearly 20 years’ work experience in company secretarial field.   She provides support with company formations, compliance and governance support of the businesses through their life cycle.  Managing the team and providing practical and strategic oversight of the client base.   Iryna maintains excellent client relationships through flawless and proactive approach to the client service.  In addition to this, Iryna was featured in the Lawyer Monthly in October 2022 on the topic of Register of Overseas Entities and recognised as one of the Governance HOT 100 winners 2024, in the Relationship Manager category.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Iryna  worked at TMF Group as Client Account Manager, Manager Corporate Secretarial Services UK and Head of Corporate Secretarial Services UK & Ireland.  Prior to this, she worked at  S G Associates Limited as Assistant company secretary  and Laggan & Associates Limited as Portfolio Manager.
