Previously, Heather worked at PNC Bank within various roles. She started as a Consultant assisting clients with all their personal banking needs. She then was moved into an Assistant Branch Manager role and later promoted to Branch Manager. These roles focused on operations, employee engagement, client satisfaction and sales.
