Heather brings a decade of client service and operations expertise to her current role managing the U.S. Entity Services team. She oversees a dynamic team of registered agent specialists who focus on fulfilling client requests efficiently and accurately. Heather is deeply committed to client satisfaction, process optimisation, and advancing entity services to support organisational success.

Heather previously held roles at PNC Bank, where she built a strong foundation in client service and leadership. She began as a Consultant, assisting clients with their personal banking needs, and advanced to Branch Manager.
