OVERVIEW
Hailee is an associate of Maples and Calder's Finance team in the Maples Group's Singapore office. She has wide experience advising on all finance transactions including banking, fund financing (acting for both lenders and borrowers), aircraft financing, structured finance (in particular CLO transactions), and Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings. Hailee also advises on general corporate and commercial as well as derivatives and insurance matters.BACKGROUND
Hailee is a Maples Group scholarship recipient and joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2018. Upon her admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2020, Hailee joined the Finance group. She has been recommended by Legal 500 where clients describe her as "a pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, diligent, and efficient. She clearly strives to deliver amazing customer service (and she always does)."
