Guillaume Aquin

OVERVIEW

Guillaume has extensive experience in the operations of a wide variety of fund structures and strategies.  He works closely with clients, their legal counsels, and internal teams across multiple jurisdictions to deliver technical guidance throughout all phases of a fund's life cycle.  Having previously worked in middle office for alternative fund managers, Guillaume leverages his deep technology expertise to support Maples' fund clients and their managers in the execution of complex transactions, allocations and data flows.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Guillaume worked in private equity administration for an asset manager focusing on reporting and investor communications.
