Grainne is knowledgeable in the financial services industry and has a broad range of experience in structured finance transactions including transactions involving CLOs, loan securitisations, receivables, aircraft leasing and other general business structures.
Previously, Grainne was director to a variety of client companies. She also worked for a large Dublin based financial services company and their branch in Switzerland.
Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
