OVERVIEW

Graeme is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. He specialises in investment funds and advises on the structuring, formation and ongoing operation of Cayman Islands investment funds. He also regularly advises on regulatory, corporate and commercial matters relating to Cayman Islands investment funds.

BACKGROUND

Graeme joined the Maples Group in 2022. He previously worked for Herbert Smith Freehills, where his practice focused on general corporate advisory, joint ventures and M&A.
