OVERVIEW

Fiona is an associate of Maples and Calder's Financial Services Regulatory team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. Fiona advises financial institutions across all industry sectors on a variety of regulatory issues, including MiFID investment firms and fund service providers, banks, insurers, e-money and payment firms, crowdfunding service providers, VASPs, and credit servicing and retail credit firms.

BACKGROUND

Fiona joined the Maples Group in 2021 as a trainee. Upon qualification in 2023, she joined the Financial Services Regulatory team.
