OVERVIEW

Fergus has strong capital markets experience with a particular focus in the structured finance and banking industry.  He has experience in managing a portfolio of SPVs participating in a broad range of asset and structured finance transactions across multiple jurisdictions. 

BACKGROUND

Previously Fergus has worked as Head of Client Services in Vistra Alternative Investments.  Prior to this, Fergus worked for many years in Ulster Bank, holding a number of senior roles in their structured finance and restructuring divisions.
