OVERVIEW
Eugene is a partner of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. He has extensive experience in a variety of areas, including financial services, landlord and tenant, and professional negligence claims. He has regularly advised on, and acted in, debt recovery, security enforcement and general chancery matters.
BACKGROUND
Eugene joined the Maples Group in 2014. Prior to that, he practised as a barrister at the Bar of Ireland for six years.
