Eoin specialises in the coordination, facilitation and attendance at director, committee and shareholder meetings, the preparation of board minutes. He communicates with the board of directors on all aspects of company secretarial, Irish company law and corporate governance matters. Eoin acts as the main point of contact for both clients and service providers.
Eoin has extensive experience and knowledge of Irish company law by virtue of the Companies Act 2014 and the provision of corporate administration to various types of aviation clients, single purpose vehicles and foreign direct investment companies. While primarily acting for global aviation clients and foreign direct investment companies, Eoin has also gained experience providing corporate secretarial services to structured finance entities.
