Emma is an associate of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Hong Kong office.  She advises on British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands commercial litigation and restructuring matters.

BACKGROUND

Emma joined the Maples Group in 2022. She previously worked at a leading litigation firm in New Zealand.
