Emily Thng

OVERVIEW

Emily has extensive experience and provides a full suite of corporate secretarial services to a broad range of Singapore incorporated entities.  She communicates directly with clients and advises them on Singapore company formations and all aspects of on-going statutory administration and annual compliances required under the Singapore Companies Act.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Emily worked at MNC bank, advising business stakeholders on relevant regulatory and corporate governance matters, coordinating, preparing board and board committee meetings including taking minutes of meetings for record and submission to regulators.  Prior to this, she was with a local service provider for more than 10 years, managing a portfolio of Singapore listed and private entities.
