OVERVIEW

Elliot is an associate of Maples and Calder's Corporate and Funds & Investment Management teams in the Maples Group's British Virgin Islands office. Elliot acts for clients on a wide range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings, initial public offerings and general corporate governance. Elliot also advises investment funds, in particular the establishment and maintenance of hedge funds and private equity funds.

BACKGROUND

Elliot joined the Maples Group in 2024. Prior to joining, he was a senior associate at UK top-tier firm Freeths LLP.
