Demi liaises with our global network of service teams as well as with external service providers to provide entity formation and management services to some of the largest private equity firms. She also provides document management services for our clients and maintains computerised records for each of their entities.
Demi’s career with the Maples Group began in 2019 when she joined Global Entity Services as a corporate administrator. She was promoted within the Global Entity Services team to senior administrator, and then assistant vice president in 2021, before becoming a vice president in 2025. Prior to joining Maples, she worked as a sales account executive.
