Demi Mac Andrew

OVERVIEW

Demi liaises with our global network of service teams as well as with external service providers to provide entity formation and management services to some of the largest private equity firms. She also provides document management services for our clients and maintains computerised records for each of their entities.

BACKGROUND

Demi joined the Maples Group as a Corporate Administrator in 2019 and was then promoted to Senior Administrator.  Prior to this, she worked at The Corporate Secretary Limited and the Faculty of Medicine (University Advancement) at McGill University where she gained administrative experience.  Following graduation, she briefly served as an Account Executive at THG Sports, the division of Marcus Evans.
