OVERVIEW
Deana is an associate of Maples and Calder's Fund & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. She specialises in investment funds including registered mutual funds, private equity funds and the regulation of investment managers, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
BACKGROUND
Deana first joined the Maples Group in 2006. Prior to joining, Deana worked for a Cayman Islands based fund administrator and was responsible for the establishment and maintenance of a portfolio of entities.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Deana is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association and 100 Women in Finance.
