OVERVIEW

David De Pasquale is of counsel of Maples and Calder (Luxembourg)'s Finance team at the Maples Group. His practice involves advising institutional lenders and borrowers (corporations, private equity groups and investment funds clients) on cross-border financing transactions. David also advises clients on securitization and capital markets transactions.

BACKGROUND

David joined the Maples Group in 2022. Prior to joining, he practiced as a senior associate with the Luxembourg office of an AM 100 law firm and at a Luxembourg boutique firm. In addition to advising on financing, securitization and capital markets transactions, he handled matters relating to corporate law (general corporate, corporate finance and M&A) on behalf of a private equity and alternative investment funds clientele. Originally qualified in New York and Paris, David began his legal career practicing commercial litigation in New York before advising clients on corporate and M&A matters in the Paris office of another international law firm.
