OVERVIEW

Darragh is an associate of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution and Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. He is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator. Darragh specialises in commercial litigation, banking litigation, bankruptcy and enforcement, property disputes, contractual disputes and corporate insolvency and restructuring.

Darragh acts in matters appearing before courts of all jurisdiction in Ireland, including matters in the Commercial Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, and has successfully represented clients' interests in mediation.

BACKGROUND

Darragh joined the Maples Group in 2022. He previously worked in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group of a large Irish corporate law firm.
