OVERVIEW

Daniel is an associate of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. He has experience in a wide range of commercial litigation with a particular focus on cross-border insolvency. Daniel has advised a range of clients including financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and high net worth individuals.

BACKGROUND

Daniel joined the Maples Group in 2022. He previously worked at an international offshore law firm in Jersey and prior to that worked at a law firm in the UK.
