OVERVIEW

Charmaine is a legal manager of the Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Hong Kong office. Her practice covers initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities and bonds issues, pre-IPO restructuring and financings and general corporate and commercial transactions.

BACKGROUND

Charmaine joined Maples and Calder in 2021.  She was previously an associate at P. C. Woo & Co. (Hong Kong).  Charmaine is a native Cantonese speaker and is fluent in Mandarin.
