OVERVIEW
Caroline is a partner of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. She advises on all aspects of the structuring, formation, maintenance and restructuring of hedge funds, private equity funds and investment fund platforms. Caroline has extensive experience working with a wide range of asset managers and financial institutions and their related counsel on their investment fund structures.
BACKGROUND
Caroline joined the Maples Group in 2021. She was previously a partner at an international law firm in the Cayman Islands and, prior to that, practised in the Corporate department of Eversheds (now Eversheds Sutherland) in London. Caroline has been recommended in the Legal 500 where clients describe her as "a fantastic lawyer who is excellent at client service and pulling in the right colleagues to help us on whatever matter we are facing."

Caroline is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association and a Notary Public in the Cayman Islands.
